This guide helps organizations onboard a tenant in Decentri, step by step.
A tenant refers to your organization’s client — for example, a brand, company, or project that wants to launch and manage its own token.
With this process, you grant your clients access to their own token workspace within the platform, fully integrated into your organization environment.

1. Create a token for the client

To onboard a new client, you must first create a token. The following fields are required:
  • Token name
  • Token symbol (ticker)
  • (Optional) Total supply and decimals
Default values:
  • Supply: 1,000,000 tokens
  • Decimals: 18
Supply & Decimals (at a glance)
  • Supply = the starting number of tokens in existence.
  • Decimals = how many digits after the decimal are allowed (precision).
    • 18 (Web3 standard): very fine-grained (micro-amounts possible).
    • 2: feels like euros/credits (e.g., 12.34).
    • 0: whole tokens only (1, 2, 3…).
Tip: if you’re unsure, choose 18 decimals for maximum compatibility; the UI can always round for better display.

2. Add the client to your organization

After creating the token, you can link the client:
  1. In the dashboard, go to your Organization Overview → Teams.
  2. Click Add Client.
  3. Enter the client’s email address and select the token that should be linked to this client.
  4. Confirm the addition.
The client is now automatically linked to the selected token and gains access to their own token overview.
At this stage, the client has view-only access; no actions can be performed yet.
After this step, the client has an active token and access to their token workspace.
However, the token is not yet linked to an Offering, which is required to make it publicly available.

3. Creating an Offering

The next step is to create an Offering and the accompanying public Offering page. This makes the token visible to participants and allows you to start the sale / fundraising.

Create a new Offering

Within the selected token, navigate to the Offering tab.
Create a new Offering here before configuring the page settings.

Adding a thumbnail is currently handled by Decentri.
Send us the YouTube link for the desired video or a photo; we’ll attach it to the correct Offering.
Content
The content of the Offering page can be edited directly in the dashboard.
Just like in Google Docs, you can add headings, format text, and structure the page as you wish.
This content appears under the Description tab on the Offering page.
Branding
Upload the client’s logo for display in the navigation bar and login pop-up.
You can also set primary and secondary colors for buttons, charts, and other UI elements.

Footer information
Provide the footer details to Decentri, including:
  • Company address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Opening hours
  • Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number
Company documents
Any documents that should appear on the Offering page must be provided to Decentri in advance.
We’ll upload them to the correct page.
Custom FAQ
If the client wants to add or update specific FAQs, this can be submitted via Decentri.
We’ll ensure the changes are applied correctly.
Press / News
Within the Holder Portal there is space for the client’s news and press releases.
The client can submit relevant links or articles; Decentri will add them to the profile page.

4. Activate the token and the secondary market

When all settings are complete, you can activate the token:
  1. Go to Token Overview.
  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Unpause to make the token active and available for purchase.

Enable the secondary market

To allow peer-to-peer trading between participants:
  1. Click Enable Secondary Market.
  2. The Trade page is now activated within the Holder Portal.
Note — Full access to the secondary market requires Monerium to be configured per client.
Let Decentri know which clients need access; this is currently handled manually, this will be automated in the future but for now, please contact Decentri.

Outcome

After completing these steps, the client will have:
  • An active token
  • A fully configured Offering page
  • (Optional) Access to the secondary market within the Holder Portal
The client is now fully onboarded and ready to go live with their token offering!
